(C. annuum) (85 days) Red Thai pepper much like the Thai Orange but with slightly larger fruit. Hotter than the Thai Dragon, but not quite as flaming hot as the habanero. The up to 3' plants bear heavily and are very ornamental, with the elongated fruits (2- 2 ½”) pointing upwards from branches. Very common in Thai cooking- use where recipes call for Phrik khee nu.
