(Capsicum annuum) Use in Thai cooking where the long pepper known as Phrik Chee Fa is called for. Red skinned hot chili pepper up to 4" long. Pods are longer and mlder than the regular Thai Red or Bankok pepper but still about 6 times hotter than a Jalapeno. This is an open pollinated variety which is similar but distinct from the very popular hybrid version. Days to maturity unknown, but probably 80+.
