(Annual) (Petroselinum crispum neapolitanum) Flat leaved Italian parsley is more flavourful than curled parsley. Will stay alive well into the winter, (the rabbits under our back deck really enjoyed it around Christmas this year- to bad they didn’t leave any for us) especially if it has good snow cover, and also freezes and dries well for use in soups during the winter.
