Bhut Jolokia Yellow
(C. chinense) (80-90 days) Originally from India, the yellow skinned variety of the famed Bhut Jolokia. Like its well-known red cousin, this pepper is considered one of the hottest peppers in the world, measuring up to and over an amazing 1,000,000+ on the Scoville scale! Fruits are triangular, pointed and grow to 2-3", with wrinkled skin than ripens to yellow. Flavour is unbelievably hot, several times that of the average Habanero. The yellow is more productive than the red version.
